Next up is Aeropress - you'll need 11g medium-fine ground coffee
Top tips:
Use water a minute after boiling.
If possible, use filtered water for higher quality taste.
Recipe
1. Set the brewer in the standard position on your cup, and add the paper filter in. No need to rinse the filter or preheat the brewer.
2. Put coffee into brewer, and tap so evenly spread.
3. Pour 200ml of water, aiming to wet all coffee during pouring. Start timer.
4. Immediately place plunger on top of brewer, about 1cm in - this creates a vacuum and stops the coffee from dripping through so the quicker the better!
5. Wait 2 minutes.
6. At the 2 minute mark, hold the brewer and gently swirl.
7. Wait 30 seconds
8. At the 2:30 mark, gently press down all the way, aim for it to take 30 seconds.
9. Once you hit 3 minutes, remove the cup and enjoy your freshly brewed coffee!
