Account Login
Recharge manages our coffee subscriptions. If you have any issues, please follow the troubleshooting below.
1. Log in to your account here. If you cannot remember your account password, click 'manage subscription' when it appears below the password box.
2. Once you have logged in, navigate to 'manage subscription' in the sidebar. This will direct you to your portal.
3. If you still have trouble logging in, please contact us at webshop@smallbatchcoffee.co.uk, and we can provide a bespoke login. Please note, our team is available Mon-Fri 9am-4pm.
Cancellation Policy
As of February 26th, all new subscriptions can only be cancelled after 3 successful billing cycles. For subscriptions placed prior to this, please message us here.
As per UK law, we will always honour the 14 day cooling period, where you are able to cancel within reason. Please email us for assistance.
Rewards FAQ
You can sign up for our rewards program via the blue button in the bottom right corner to earn points when you shop, and later redeem them for discounts on future orders.
Currently, rewards are only valid on one-time only purchases. Use on subscriptions is not valid as of 26.02.25.
Small Batch Coffee Roasters reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any and all offers at any time. Any major changes to the program will be communicated.

Discounted Subscription Offer: March 1st 2025 onwards
Our discounted subscriptions are valid for new customers only, and is available on Goldstone, Throwback, Brazil Pocos de Caldas, Decaf and Blue Note Subscriptions.
By starting a subscription under this offer, you agree to the following terms:
Offer is available to new subscribers only. Discount applies to the first 3 orders, and then reverts to our regular discount (10% off). New subscribers will have a minimum of 6 months subscription before they can cancel, after which they can continue or cancel their subscription.
Please note prices are subject to change at the company's discretion.

How can I update my card/payment details for my subscription?
To update your payment method, please log into your account and update. If you have any issues, email webshop@smallbatchcoffee.co.uk and our team can help you.
Am I able to order your Single Origins on Subscription?
At Small Batch our Roastery team are consistently on the lookout for new and unique single origins. Unfortunately, due the limited lots we purchase to ensure freshness we cannot offer all of them on subscription. If you are interested in expanding your palette and trying a variety of single origins we recommend you sign up to our Roaster’s Choice subscription.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please either cancel via your subscription account portal or contact us at webshop@smallbatchcoffee.co.uk.
I don’t need my next subscription delivery, can I skip a delivery?
Our flexible subscription model allows you to re-arrange your subscription via the customer portal.
