Subi Platform manages our coffee subscriptions. If you have any issues, please follow the troubleshooting below.

With passwordless login, customers can access their customer portal without needing to sign into their Shopify account. To sign in, customers receive a secure four-digit code via email.

If you are having trouble logging in, use this link:

Customers can also reach the customer portal from subscription email notifications, your store's customer account page, and the Subify modal on the order confirmation page of Shopify checkout.

Login Instructions

Passwordless login simplifies the process of accessing the customer portal.

  1. Click on the portal link above.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription/membership and click on Send:
  3. You will receive a 6-digit authentication code by email.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code in the modal to log in.

The 6-digit authentication code is valid for 2 minutes. If the code has not been used in 2 minutes, you need to request a new code by going through the login procedure again.

Rewards FAQ

You can sign up to our rewards programme to earn points when you shop, and later redeem for discounts on future orders.

Currently, rewards are only valid on one-time only purchases. Use on subscriptions is not valid as of 26.02.25. If you have any issues redeeming your points, please contact us and we'd be happy to help!

Subscription Offers and T&Cs

Discounted Subscription Offer: March 1st 2025 onwards

Our discounted subscriptions are valid for new customers only, and is available on Goldstone, Throwback, Brazil Pocos de Caldas, Decaf and Blue Note Subscriptions.

By starting a subscription under this offer, you agree to the following terms:

Offer is available to new subscribers only. Discount applies to the first 3 orders, and then reverts to our regular discount (10% off). New subscribers will have a minimum of 6 months subscription before they can cancel, after which they can continue or cancel their subscription.

Please note prices are subject to change at the company's discretion.

How can I update my card/payment details for my subscription?

To update your payment method, please follow this link to log into your account and update. If you have any issues, email webshop@smallbatchcoffee.co.uk and our team can help you gain access.

Am I able to order your Single Origins on Subscription?

At Small Batch our Roastery team are consistently on the lookout for new and unique single origins. Unfortunately, due the limited lots we purchase to ensure freshness we cannot offer all of them on subscription. If you are interested in expanding your palette and trying a variety of single origins we recommend you sign up to our Roaster’s Choice subscription

How can I cancel my subscription?

I don’t need my next subscription delivery, can I skip a delivery?

Our flexible subscription model allows you to pause your subscription via the customer portal.
