Coffee Details

This lot was grown at an elevation of 2,150 masl, by smallhold farmers under false banana shade trees. The coffee undergoes fermentation in plastic barrels for nine days, followed by a drying period of 13-18 days. The processing methods are chosen to maximize the intense, juicy flavor characteristics of this coffee. Once dried and stored, the coffee is transported and readied for export.
