A beautifully balanced milk chocolate bar where smooth sweetness meets golden crunch. Crafted in Cornwall by Chocolarder, this bar combines rich, fudgy Ghanaian cacao with delicate honeycomb made using local Cornish honey. Sourced from beekeeper Matt Pitt, the honey comes from Cornish Black Bees; an endangered native species he is working to help restore, bringing a subtle floral sweetness and deeper sense of place to the chocolate.

Expect silky milk chocolate upfront, followed by crisp shards of honeycomb that melt into notes of caramel and wildflower honey. It’s indulgent yet nuanced, just as enjoyable alongside a flat white as it is on its own.

Every bar is made from raw cocoa beans, roasted, stone-ground, and conched in small batches before being aged to develop flavour. This slow process allows the natural character of the cacao to shine.
