Whether you're a budding UGC creator or looking to make a little extra , using Social Tip rewards you for brand loyalty and gives us the chance to shout out our customers on social.
To get started, all you need to do is download the app and follow the sign-up steps. Once your accounts are linked, you're ready to post and earn! Follow the prompts and guides given to ensure your content meets the guidelines, and once approved, you'll receive your reward at the end of each week.

Can anyone sign up?
Yes! You don't need to be an 'influencer', just someone who is either passionate about sharing their craft or is money-savvy and looking to earn as they shop.
Can I get paid without sharing content?
No. To qualify for the reward, you must share either a video or picture of your coffee (whether it's a bag you've ordered online or a coffee in our cafes that is recognisable as one of our locations) on your social media, tagging both Small Batch Coffee Roasters and Social Tip to validate the content.
Content will be reviewed by both teams and deemed if it meets the guidelines. You must also share valid proof of receipt from your online or cafe order.
What social platforms can I share on?
You will have the option to post on either Instagram or TikTok - or both!
Reward payouts are tiered based on whether you share images or videos, and if content is shared on your stories or main feed.
What content can/should I share?
We'd love to see content from both our online and cafe customers.
Online: show an unboxing of your order, your morning coffee, a bag of coffee by your machine/coffee/coffee setup. The more visible our bags, the better!
Cafe: our coffee stand, the vibe of the cafe, your coffee order. The more recognisable our cafes are, the more chance you'll get rewarded.
Any content that is deemed harmful, hateful, unspecific, unclear or is not branded will be declined for payment, and we reserve the right to reject any content that we deem to meet the above criteria.
How much can I get paid?
Customers can earn up to £10 per week.
Small Batch Coffee Roasters does not control the monetary reward paid out, this is at the discretion of Social Tip.

Is there anything else I should know?
To be eligible to earn, you must share proof of receipt from either a dated online order or cafe purchase.
By submitting content in return for a monetary reward, you consent and agree to use re-sharing or using your content on our social platforms.
