Today, specialty coffee holds a lot of meaning and standards - the SCA grades coffee on a 100-point scale, with only high-quality coffees scoring above 80 given the accolade. Points given are based on excellence in quality and consistency across the entire supply chain: from farming and processing to roasting and preparation, these coffees must result in superior flavor profiles and have a transparent, ethical journey from bean to cup.

Whilst big operations focus on volume, we focus on quality and taste. By roasting in smaller batches, we’re able to check bean quality to reduce inconsistent flavours, develop tasting notes in greater detail, and craft truly unique blends and single origins.
