As another year comes to close, we wanted to take a moment to look back on the moments that made our year. As with many other roasters, we’ve seen the impact of an ever changing coffee market, but thanks to your continued support we’ve been able to keep roasting and sourcing exceptional coffee to keep you caffeinated, and most importantly, experiencing great taste with every cup.
Here’s a look back at some of our 2025 highlights…
JANUARY
Ethiopia Nesru Aba Nura was our coffee of the month and later became an award-winner
FEBRUARY
We celebrated one year of Throwdown!
MARCH
We launched OMGTEA Matcha in the cafes - raspberry matcha has been our most popular order!
APRIL
Our first showcase of the year - Guava Banana! This tropical coffee was a huge hit and we can’t wait to share next year’s picks…
MAY
We partnered with Unordinary Milk to offer free oat milk in all drinks for a week.
JUNE
Summer arrived and we might’ve spilled a lot of coffee everywhere in the name of content, plus iced drinks took off in the cafes.
JULY
Our second showcase launched - Ethiopia Aricha! A deliciously floral coffee, you can grab the last few bags along with Guava Banana here.
AUGUST
We hosted team latte art competitions at Goldstone cafe - check out the results here!
SEPTEMBER
We launched 500g bags and Discovery Kits - giving you even more ways to enjoy our coffee.
OCTOBER
It’s award season and Ethiopia Nesru was awarded Silver in the Great British Food Awards, whilst Throwback Coffee Pods won 1 Star in the Great Taste Awards!
NOVEMBER
Our seasonal blend, Fireside, got everyone in the spirit and has become a fast favourite! Grab the last few bags here.
DECEMBER
A month of mince pies, festive decorations and lots of coffee to keep warm and caffeinated during the busy season! Thanks for supporting Small Batch for another year - see you in 2026!
