Small Batch Coffee Roasters – Everywish Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of Everywish Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) issued for redemption with Small Batch Coffee Roasters Ltd (“Small Batch”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Redemption

1.1 Everywish Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively through the Small Batch Coffee Roasters website at www.smallbatchcoffeeroasters.co.uk.
1.2 Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of eligible products only.
1.3 Gift Cards must be redeemed in full within the validity period stated on the Everywish platform.

2. Exclusions

2.1 Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase coffee machines, brewing equipment, grinders, or any other hardware or accessories.
2.2 Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code.
2.3 Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3. Validity & Balance

3.1 Gift Cards are valid until the expiry date indicated by Everywish.
3.2 Once expired, the Gift Card cannot be reactivated or used for future purchases.
3.3 If the total order amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

4. Refunds & Returns

4.1 Purchases made using a Gift Card are subject to Small Batch Coffee Roasters’ standard refund and returns policy.
4.2 If a refund is issued for an order paid (in full or in part) with a Gift Card, the refunded amount will be returned as store credit or to a replacement Gift Card, at our discretion.

5. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

5.1 Small Batch Coffee Roasters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards, or for any unauthorised use of a Gift Card.
5.2 Treat your Gift Card as cash and keep it secure.

6. General

6.1 Small Batch Coffee Roasters reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time.
6.3 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
