If you've ever wondered what makes a blend more than the sum of its parts, this is your chance to find out. OG Goldstone has been a Small Batch cornerstone, and its magic is in the balance: Guatemala La Morena laying down a smooth, even foundation, Ethiopia Limu Testi lifting it with soft florals and citrus, and Rwanda Dahwe anchoring everything with deep, dark chocolate body.

We'd suggest tasting in blend order, start with the Guatemala to get the baseline, add the Ethiopia to feel the lift, then finish with the Rwanda to see where all that depth comes from. Brew them however you like, but a simple pour-over or cafetière will let each origin's character come through cleanly.

Each bag makes around 5 cups, giving you a couple of weeks of tasting, comparing and experimenting and a whole new appreciation for the blend you'll want to go back to.
