Designed by our roastery team specifically for filter, it's bright, clean and juicy, with mixed berry sweetness up front, brown sugar in the middle and a smooth milk chocolate finish. Perfect for your V60, cafetière, batch brewer and all things filter.

Coffee Details

Blue Note takes its name from jazz, where a single "blue" note can bend a melody into something richer and more memorable. Like a good band, this blend is all about how the parts play together. Washed Papua New Guinea brings the juicy berry brightness and Guatemala lays down a sweet, chocolatey rhythm underneath.

Our roastery team designed Blue Note from the ground up for filter brewing. We roast it to keep the cup clean and lively, letting the fruit sing while keeping it easy drinking enough for every day. Brew it as a pour-over to bring out the juiciness, or batch brew a pot to share.

Cupping Notes

Our blend combines notes of brown sugar with milk chocolate & mixed berry flavours.
